unable to access shares from domain machine

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question...

I'm testing a Dou 2 for work at home. I understand that I can't join this unit to the domain since it isn't a business class unit.

When I access the shared folders from my home workgroup machine I can see all the shared drives and map the drives etc...

However, when I try to do the same thing with my company issued laptop it says that I don't have permission, even when I use the admin account.

My counterpart who's testing the same unit is experiencing the same issue.

Did you mean Duo V2 or something else?

You might research what settings your corporate IT folks have locked down on the laptop. My work laptop is part of my company's domain, but can access my two V1 Nas and my Pro with no problem.
  • Hi!

Have you found a solution to this problem?

It would be helpful to me since i have the same problem :)

  • I also have the same problem; my unit is an Ultra 2 that I've just purchased.

You are unable to connect with a corporate PC? Or you can't connect with a home PC?
