Unable to access volume

I have a new RN104 with 2x new 3tb reds in it. I turned off x-raid, deleted the volume it created, and made a new raid 0 volume with both disks.

System status says healthy. The new volume appears under volumes, and it appears on the shares tab, but when I try to access it across the network it is not there. I can access the device just fine, but where the volume should be it simply says "This folder is empty."

I could access the previous x-raid volume.

Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

I have tried rebooting, no change.
If I try to manually browse to \\nas\volume it thinks about it for a while and then says "Windows cannot access \\nas\volume Check the spelling of the name. Otherwise, etc etc..."
RAIDar sees the NAS but the volume, disk, ups, and fan status columns are blank and if I press locate the lights do not blink.
