Well, if the system encounters file system errors, it will put the volume into read-only status on it's own (to protect your data).
If the NAS has a new IP address as a result of the router change, then it is also possible that this is a windows credential issue. So you could try going in the Windows Credential Manager. Delete any existing credentials for the NAS and create new ones.

The share name is DELL-PC-Desktop?
Have you looked in the admin web ui? Start by looking in the log for errors. I'm wondering if your volume is in read-only mode. The LCD panel might also give you some info.
