Finally I did a factory reset... all good now

If you are the original purchaser, and purchased between 1 Jun 2016 and 31 May 2016, then you have free lifetime chat support.

Can you download the logs using RAIDar 6.1 then send them in (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?

It seems you've got a number of apps on this system. Which apps do you have installed?
It also appears that you don't have SSH enabled.
You said above that you don't have a backup. This normally implies that the data isn't important.
Yet you said a factory reset is not an option which would imply that the data is important.
