Updated firmware for my readyNAS RN10400
It's been booting ever since I updated the firmware.
Found this answer looking through the forums: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Using-your-ReadyNAS/After-update-firmware-6-4-0-RN10400-doesnt-boot/m-p/990980#M94937
Followed the links and it says the USB fix is only for PC users. What can I do if I'm a Mac user? I don't understand how updating the firmware has messed it up like this.
Any help would be amazing.

Anyone? It's still on. Can I at least turn it off?

I would contact support.

Contacted support. There is no Mac fix. Needed to setup the bootable USB from a friends PC. Not the most ideal fix...

Hello Esoteric,
I found your support case and viewed it. It appears support people were able to narrow the problem down to your Mac Yosemite since other computers on the network work with no issue. The NAS works just the same with other LAN devices on the network, it gets IP address and share folders that are designed and configured to share.
I suggest checking the LAN speed of your Mac. You may try sharing a folder on one of your Windows to the network and try accessing it on your Mac and see if the same problem. If the Mac is wirelessly connecting to the network, observing if same problem when wired on it will also help.
Regards,
