If you haven't already resolved it (this post is 2+ weeks old), can you hard power cycle it (turn it completely off, back on again)? It may have 'borked' during a uboot update (boot loader).
Cloud, you are a NTGR support person, can you try and fix it without them going through the suffering of trying to go through the support loop?
