Upgraded PRO 6 to 6.5.1, had fan problems, went back to 6.5.0 and all is well again

Just want'ed to give my experience as well. Same observations - same problems here.
My ReadyNAS turned itself off twice after installing 6.5.1 - after inspecting the log files it turnes out that one of the fans was turned off because it lost contact with it - and then the system of course overheated and turned it self off.
I thought I had a faulty fan - or that my modified fans (Noctua-NF-F12/Noctua-NF-R8) was not supported anymore :-(
Then I found this thread - and after rolling back to 6.5.0 everything runs smothly again.
(except that I get prompted if I want to upgrade each time I log on to the webinterface)

For at least one user overriding the minimum fan speed (800) with a higher figure (1000) worked.
If you are using a 3rd party fan it may well have a different minimum fan speed.
In the next 6.6.0 build (6.6.0 Beta 2) I believe we will try to raise the minimum fan speed automatically if needed.
