Upgrading manually some upgradable installed packages

Sure.
Updating packages is at your own risk. You may wish to try doing it in the VM first. If you break the VM that's much less hassle than breaking the NAS. We do hold some packages back on old versions deliberately.
That result page requires a login. Why not just paste the results in the thread?
