Upgrading ReadyNAS NV+?

I'm getting ready to upgrade my ReadyNAS NV+. When I do, I'll probably go with a 2 disk unit instead of 4 to save a little money. I'm currently considering the following:

ReadNAS Ultra 2
Synology DS213
QNAP TS-219

Any thoughts?

Personally I wouldn't get a two-slot unit - the expansion capability is just too limited.

I agree with Stephen. With a four-bay unit and all drive bays full you could still have redundancy but have 3x the space.
