USB 3TB not accessible - No Filesystem

The USB drives work fine. I can reconnect them to the PC access the files without issue. Something on the Readynas Pro just goes out of sync and doesn't recogonize the drives. After I reformat them, Readynas recognizes them again, but have to be setup with a different share name as the original is still in use. This works for a few weeks, just random, than stops recognizing the drives.
