USB 3TB not accessible - No Filesystem

SEATOOLS report no issue, I can copy to and from the drives just fine. If I reformat, I can connect back to the ReadyNAS as a new backup device it will work just fine for an indefinate period, than fail to recognize the drive. I have done this now 7 times with the same drive. Right now I perform backups to these USB drives via USB connection from my computer because the ReadyNAS is not reliable.
