I'm having the exact same problem—it started after the latest firmware update. My Seagate 3TB external USB drive shows "no filesystem" in the ReadyNas volumes area. This is with a ReadyNas Pro Business Edition running firmware
When I tried to download logs to submit a ticket, the NAS stopped responding to HTTP (couldn't get to the admin panel anymore). I couldn't even shut it down properly via the button on the front of the unit and had to then force a shutdown by holding the button down. Now, the unit won't boot (stays on the "BOOTING" indicator). I've tried an OS Reinstall and am waiting for it to come back online (it's showing "BOOTING" after updating firmware).
Everything else on the box has been working just fine since the firmware update, but this is troubling.
Case number is 19067695.
