I have a 2TB SATA HDD NTFS that i pulled from my dead WHS and installed in a HDD USB Enclosure. I have another 2TB HDD installed in the NAS Duo v1. I want to copy the content from certain folders off ...
Yes - but not recommended. The Duo is notoriously slow at accessing NTFS formatted drives and so your best option is to transfer via your PC which will be faster.
