Video Help Files on Local Admin Page
Hi, Where do I find :- Viewing Videos
Videos are available from the Help tab on the local admin page.
To view a video:
1.Click the Help tab.
The Videos screen displays.
2.Click a video.
The video pops up.
3.Click the red play button to start the video.
4.Click the X in the upper right corner of the video to exit the video.
On my ReadyNAS 102, I can't find a 'Help Tab' on the Admin page there is a '?' but there are no videos on those pages

- It looks like that has been removed in 6.2

Welcome to the forum! - Was that referenced in the documentation? That may need to be updated to reflect removed items such as Genie.

Yes it is in section 10, page 272 - ReadyNAS OS6.1 SW UM16Oct2013.pdf
I think this is the latest version.
ReadyNAS 102 - We have a new version for 6.2 coming.
