Virgin TIVO
Hi I'm in the UK and have just subscribed to the Virgin TIVO box. I've read many comments regarding the TIVO box and how it can be accessed by the ReadyNas ULTRA series etc. Does anyone know ...

I have a Virgin Media TIVO box and a ReadyNas Pro. I'm based in the UK
Virgin Media (UK) have recently released an update to the TIVO firmware with many additional features. One of the additional features is that the Ethernet port on the back of the TIVO box has been enabled which allows connection to a home network.
I have connected my TIVO box to my home network using ethernet. An ip address has been passed to the TIVO box from my router and I can connect to the TIVO box from a web browser using the ip address i.e. https://10.0.1.23. It then requests a user name and password which I enter as 'tivo' and the Media Access Key from the TIVO box. My list of recorded programs from the TIVO box is displayed in the browser but other than that I can't do anything with them. I've read that it's possible to archive the files from the TIVO box onto the ReadyNas but I don't think this option is available in the UK just yet.
On the ReadyNas I've enabled ReadyDLNA and also enabled TIVO support. I've restarted the ReadyNas but unfortunately my TIVO box is not recognised by the ReadyNas.
Thats about as far as I've got.
I would like to use the TIVO box as a DLNA player accessing my movies from my ReadyNas.
Just wondered if anyone else has got any further on this.
