The relevant ports for Windows Explorer access are 137, 138, 139, and 445. 445 is the most important. Think of a port like a PO box in a post office, and each network service as a PO box renter. Data comes into the PC addressed to the port, and is put in the "mailbox" for pickup by the "customer". In this particular case, the network service is built into windows, so there isn't a program name to put into the firewall (as the "customer").

Public folder sharing
Printer sharing
Password protected sharing
