VLAN no good

Yes in basic your right, but the problem is not on the switch its the Readynas pro who is doing wrong.... The first config is what Readynas GUI dose and the second config is taken from Linux forum and it work Manuel on my Readynas pro 6...
So Howe can I make this right?
