Volume not accesible

If I boot the NAS, my /data volume is OK but the 2 EDA500 are showing as red and volume inaccesible.  When I boot readonly, I see everything perfectly fine.  If I reboot from the UI, even /data shows up as red - but if I power down with the physical button /data is OK.

 

I opened a ticket with Netgear, but despite them claiming that there's 24x7 support, it sonds like there is no support on the weekend and I am looking at least until Monday for someone to connect in.

 

Does anyone here have any idea as to what I can try?  I've telnetted in in the past but I'd rather not do that unless I had a concrete answer on what to do.

 

Alternatively, does anyone now how to get netgear support to actually work on an issue?

    Hi joe_schmo

     

    I inquired on your case and it is now handled by a Level 3 expert. Volume on one of your EDA500 is currently resyncing whene done they will try to check if it's mountable.

     

    Support is available 24/7 the expert handling the case might have be offline when you contacted them. It would be better if you leave your NAS on TS mode and wait or a response from the expert handling it.
