Volume scan regularly finds large number of errors
I've only had the box for a few days but twice now on reboots I'm getting emails like below. This seems like an awful lot of errors for such a short period of time. Should I be concerned? Normally if ...

ext3 format don't have any i_blocks issue (after reformatting /dev/c/c).
Under ext4 there's no data corruption while fsck found some Inode with incorrect i_blocks number, but it's strange.
Maybe not dangerous, but not normal.
Mounting ext3 as ext4 with quick fsck working fine too.
