VPD for RNDP6000-200
I have a ReadyNAS Pro 6 (ReadyNAS RNDP6000-200) whose VPD was destroyed during a USB recovery. I have pre-damage logs confirming it is loader: RNDP6000-V2. The NAS is now booting OS 6.10.10 but reports no valid model/serial and keeps looping into setup mode.
Could anyone help me with a copy of the VPD from one of their working Pro 6 / RNDP6000-V2 systems? I understand it will contain the donor serial number and that I will use it at my own risk. I only need the encrypted file named vpd from the boot flash.

Now that support and ReadyShare are unavailable, using the same VPD in two units, thus having a duplicate serial number, is not really an issue. The only source is another unit. With OS6, the Pro6 V1 (-100 part number) and Ultra6 Plus (but not base Ultra6) VPD will also work in an RNDP6000-200. With 4.2.x, those others will limit the available functions (though not any most home users use).
Netgear has never shared the encryption necessary to create a VPD and there is nobody left there to create one for you. That is why I posted some time ago about the importance of backing up your VPD file.
I forgot to mention that I can provide pictures of the serial number label, old logs from the NAS before the flash was corrupted, etc. if anyone can help create a VPD for my machine, that would be best. I know that ReadyNAS line is EOL, but my NAS used to work fine and I am not in a financial condition to buy another one right now.
The internal MB flash was all fine. I had a BTRFS error causing the NAS to go into read-only mode. As I was trying to fix it Gemini gave me a wrong command that nuked the internal flash. Being a noob, I didn't know what the command was actually doing. With the knowledge from this community board, I was able to recover the flash using USB recovery, but the VPD is now gone and without it, the NAS keeps booting back into setup mode again and again. It won't let me go past it.
Were you ever able to get a valid VPD? I have a RNDP6000 v2 and my internal flash got corrupted. I was able to use the USB restore method to recover it, but the VPD is completely missing.
