Want to upgrade my Ultra 2 to OS6 but have I got the latest BIOS?

I want to upgrade to OS6.x from RAIDiator 4.2.30 but from what I've read so far, it's advisable to check that the unit has the latest BIOS before you upgrade to OS6.

The log on my device shows the BIOS as 09/08/2010 ReadyNAS-ProUltra2 V1.4

My question is, where can I check to see if that is the latest one for the Ultra 2 and if not, where can I download the updated BIOS?

Download and upload this, as a firmware update to your Nas LINK
The date is the indicator to check if you have updated, if it doesn't change then you are up to date

  Thanks - worked like a charm.
  However, after the update when I re-downloaded the logs, I was disappointed to see that my BIOS hadn't changed which contradicted what mdgm said but I had made the schoolboy error of not rebooting.

There is a BIOS update available for your NAS.
