And no, they will keep denying the support, because i upgraded to OS6, following your tutorial.
So, after a factory reset, i'm still on OS6, and i won't make the revert process to get back on 4.1 : No way xD
So, now, i know that i will never get any king of support from netgear :p I will just be more careful while updating to a new version. Next time, i'll do it manually via SSH, and i'll set some recurring backups on an external disk.
I will also send an HDD to my parent's house to save my 10 years of works.
I'm using this NAS to work as a webdesigner & developper. This is one of my production tool. The datas on it is really more important than the OS config itself. I just don't care about the tools like photos sharing, music streaming, etc , etc ..
But anyway, if i need something now, i know who to ask ;)
