When shutting down or upgrading firmware my RN214 will not sutdown all the way. I get a do_exit+9ec
When trying to shutdown my ReadyNAS 214 it hangs with an error of do_exit+9ec on display. The only way to recover is to disconnect the AC power cord and reconnect. I have the most current version ...
Followup
After posting this issue I went and plugged the power back into the RN214 and the network cable as well. I turned the unit on using the power button and now the NIC has lights and no the unit boots up and has an IP adress assigned.
Question
Is there any timers or wait time after the unit shows "do_exit=9ec" and unplugging that you should plug the unit power backin. That is am I rushing the process.
If it happens when you shutdown from the web ui, then it is not about timing.
Have you installed any apps? If so, which ones?
I have only one app and it is running, but i have never used it.

I could try to remove it and try things out, but I don't want to be down again.
It happens from shutting down from the web and from the NAS.
