where's the memory?

I just received my new RN524X, which is supposed to come with 4GB of ram, but everythign I run on the console is reporting only 2gb of memory.  what gives?

    I suggest you contact support at my.netgear.com, as there is a hardware issue with your unit.

     

    Note that opening the case would void the warranty, so I recommend not attempting to do that.

      On closer inspection, I think the vendor sent me an RN424 (I paid for RN524X).  arggggghhh...
