Which of the accounts do I need to use
Which account to I need?
iPhone has one app installed for the readynas. It has at the top the word Netgear and under that the word ReadyCloud. Under that it says to sign in with your MyNetgear account.
It also suggests upgading to a Netgear account.
Am I using the right app or which account should I be on?

Hello Hardhat,
ReadyCloud is for remote accessing files stored to the ReadyNAS volume. What ReadyNAS model do you have? What is the current FW version?
ReadyCloud accounts migrated to MyNetgear account when RAIDiator 6.5.0 was released, this is to implement Netgear's single sign-on so users will use just one account for ReadyCloud access and logging in to Netgear support site where you register products. purchase licenses and support contracts and get access to support channels.
If you have 6.5.0 and above firmware version of your ReadyNAS, you should be using MyNetgear account. This means a ReadyCloud account that has been upgraded to MyNetgear account.

Hello Hardhat,
I see. You have a ReadyNAS OS6. To be able to use ReadyCloud, it should have firmware version 6.5.0 or above and ReadyCloud account should be upgraded to MyNetgear account. Please see article: ReadyNAS SSO FAQ
