You might try disabling offline files on the win10 system ("manage offline files" in the control panel).

For a remote folder to have a Windows recycle bin (as opposed to the old Raidiator 4.x recycle bin), I think you have to have a symbolic link to it, which you now need to delete. But I don't know if rmdir will work when the target no longer exists.

Reinstalled widnows 10. Extreame but the problem is now gone.
