Managed to sort it out. I decided to do an OS reinstall on the NAS and it's working fine now.

Should the Start IP address be lower and the IP pool counts higher?
This shouldn't have anything to do with dhcp settings (which look fine) - your NAS has a static IP address, correct?
Can you ping the NAS from the PC?

Yes I can ping the NAS and it is on a static IP address.
Sorry, I didn't make it clear, it's still connected to the same port on the router.

Win10 should be able to reach the admin page with no problem (edge and chrome both connect to my NV+ running 4.1.15).
What firmware are you running on the NAS now?
