Managed to sort it out. I decided to do an OS reinstall on the NAS and it's working fine now.

Yes I can ping the NAS and it is on a static IP address.
Sorry, I didn't make it clear, it's still connected to the same port on the router.

Win10 should be able to reach the admin page with no problem (edge and chrome both connect to my NV+ running 4.1.15).
What firmware are you running on the NAS now?

When was the last time you tried accessing Frontview? If it was a couple years ago you might be running into a browser compatibility issue.

It could well be a couple of years ago. On my old PC I used an old version of Opera and on my new one I'm using Vivaldi mainly but also Firefox, Chrome or IE when I have to. I have tried using all of them.
