Wrong username / password on Ready Nas Duo v2
Since I am a grown up, I am not supposed to barge in to this forum and just yell that this product is crap. I really can't say that before I have managed to actually login to it, can I? Have to...
- The password on DUO v2 is password, it is not netgear1.

The factory default will wipe the disk but it'll need to be wiped anyway due to the difference in RAID format. Using the factory default boot option is definitely the way to go.

Thank you for the confirm. Made the redline; and, am ready to begin my HD install and initial power on. It is a cheesy, drizzily afternoon here; perfect for a new toy install !! :D
