X-Raid Data Recovery
Hi, Please can someone advise how to recover the data off a single disk from a 2 disk X-Raid set up?? One of my disks died and since then, my Duo is now not booting. As you may have seen from my pr...
I couldn't find the support centre contact details, do you have them just in case? I doubt they'd help anyway, I found out my disks aren't in HCL.
I think I might be getting somewhere this morning but it's a long shot.
I'm currently doing a factory reset on my Duo with the spare 1.5Tb disk. Once installed and configured, I'm hoping that the 1.5Tb disk holding my Data can be read through the USB port on the Duo and I can copy all Data back onto my new X-Raid partition.
Do you know if the Duo will read X-Raid through its USB port????
