Sad to see this still hasn't been implemented. We're an MSP evaluating Insight product line as a more affordable option vs. Meraki for our Small Biz deployments. The lack of ability to give a client a nickname, coupled with Netgear Insight's poor ability to detect device manufacturer or provide accurate client info automatically (vs. Meraki, for example) is a real negative.
