It is time to rethink your business for the planet sake and to put people back in the loop. It would be nice to have centers in the major countries that repair faulty products, like the good old day...
I understand your point but that would make sense to have this option too.
If your car has a broken A/C or bumper you will not trash your car, you will repair and fix it.
