Key limitation under the China regulations is the fact that the only 160 MHz channel range available is in the channel 32..68 range - and half of these are subject to DFS and/or TPC. The 817/817 Mb/s link rate shown can indicate interferences with other heavy users where we easy see some high 21xx/21xx to 24xx/24xx link rates negotiated elsewhere.
