AC2000 connecting to CC Vector WiFi Repeater

Is it possible to connect an AC2000 to a CC Vector WiFi Repeater. I've tried many options (including creating a guest network) but the repeater never recognizes any of the netgear networks.

I've used an iPad and Windows 10 laptop and they will connect to the CC Vector network but within that setup it is supposed to show available networks and nothing is listed.

The AC2000 is just a tech summary, the Netgear model is a WAC124. Is this WAC124 configured to router mode, you see the configured network name(s) on-air and enabled in the Web user management? For reference, the support pages for docs and donwloads are here -> https://www.netgear.com/support/product/wac124.aspx

Similar, CC Vector WiFi Repeater is very generic, various products, various features. Is this a dual-band repeater or one of these interesting long-distance devices offering 2.4 GHz only?

The WAC124 is a 802.11ac system (for 5 GHz) also supporting 802.11n, 802.11g, and 802.11b on both the 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz. Technically each WiFi repeater does connect to the primary access point, like any random WiFi client, and does also map and the extended systems to the primary router.

Tell us more about models, firmware, channels configured on the WAC124, network names (probably long/complex/fancy), and the complete network layout - and last but not least on the location these two systems are operating.

Are both the Netgear and the CC Vector repeater US/FCC models? Otherwise it's possible that a FCC unit for example on 2.4 GHz can't find the channels 12 and 13, similar different bands (not compatible) are possible on 5 GHz, too.

closed ticket ... seems I had a bad connection on the pigtail to the antenna. It's working now.
