I will create case with the team, can you help me with some more details like
1. Chamberlain myQ garage door opener --Version details
2. If possible, logs when issue happens (Monitoring --> Logs --> Download detailed Logs)
2. WAX620 Firmware version, Insight managed or Standalone mode.
4. If possible, configuration backup

The issue is not persisting anymore. Sorry for the late update. I had contacted chamberlain as well before, and they gave me a remedy.

Greetings! Happy to know that the issue is resolved. Would you mind sharing what change was needed on Chamberlain device to get this working?
