Awful Customer Service
I purchased a modem through amazon and have been incredibly disappointed with the customer service. I came home to find that the modem wasn't working and didn't respond to the factory reset button. I called customer support where I was on hold for about half an hour before I was hung up on. I called again and waited another half an hour before I got anyone and was told by a representative that I could barely understand that there was no warranty since I had storms come through and it was considered an act of God. The customer service was horrible and I will not be using or recommending netgear again.

Have you contacted you ISP and provided them the MAC address and activated the modem?

Yes, I was all working and set up with my ISP until I came back to it not working. The ISP came out to check on the signal and confirmed my modem was bad. And I have not yet gotten a new modem to activate as netgear has denied me warranty coverage.
