C3700 losing connectivity on Netflix
We bought a router a while back hooked it up and everything was running fine til about a month ago. My daughter who lives upstairs says that everytime she watches Netflix, the picture starts to pixelate and then eventually drops off. It then buffers til it catches up. I callled Technical support last night with the problem and they told me I still have a warranty on it but the technical support would cost me like $90 for 6 months!!! WTF? That will cost more than the router did!! The gentleman said he would have to switch everything around, change channels and settings but it will cost you. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. I have no idea how to fix this problem but I will NEVER buy anything from Netgear again. Does anyone have any ideas?
