C6220 Intermittent internet connectivity Issues

C6220 Intermittent internet connectivity Issues
Hello,
I am having internet connectivity issues that are sporadic. The connection will be fine and then it will drop and there will be no connection at all and then it reconnects on its own. This is happening pretty much everytime i use the internet now.
I tried calling my ISP and they are saying that it maybe an issue with the modem router and to contact netgear.
I've attached a screenshot of my event log and cable connection
My firmware is:V1.01.26, which is up to date for my ISP, spectrum.
any help will be greatly appreciated.

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute them back ON.
