C7000v2 disconnects every 2 hours

Was there ever a resolution to this issue?  I have been experiencing the same issue.  My internet service drops every two hours for a few minutes and then it clears up.  I'm seeing the same errors:

 

Warning (5) MMD message timeout;...

Critical (3).  Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - T3 time-out;...

 

My service provider has been out twice to check all the connections and the signal strength, but they have not been able to find an issue.  I even rewired my modem to be closer to where my service comes into the house.   I installed my modem in late March and experienced the issue about a week after installation.  It cleared up for a few weeks, but then it started happening again last week.
