C7000v2 slow internet on the 2.5 GHZ WIFI
Replaced my Xfinity ARRIS box (died cmpletly) with the C7000v2 but my 2.4 wifi speed only gets to 40-50 mbps tops!
my service is good to 200.
the 5G WIFI perfoms ar normal 180-220 MBPS.
what do i need to do to ge the 2.4 channel speed up to par?

Depending upon your connected client device support and design and connection rate, you'll not see much near same speeds as 5Ghz with 2.4Ghz.

Re: C7000v2 slow internet on the 2.5 GHZ WIFI
@FURRYe38 is right.
2.4ghz is a slow network and its sensitive to interference. If you're in an area with interference from other 2.4ghz networks, those speeds are actually pretty good.
My area has so many 2.4ghz signals, that the only time I got faster 2.4ghz speeds was when I upgraded to AX router AND devices.
Otherwise I sat around that 20-30mbps speeds.
