How did you determine that that was "the ReadyShare IP address"?
In the modem+router's management web site, What does ADVANCED > Setup >
LAN Setup say about the "LAN TCP/IP Setup"?
I generally avoid ReadySHARE, so I know nothing, but, if you
connected some (unspecified) USB-connected storage device to the
modem+router, then I'd expect it to be accessed at the router's LAN IP
address, and I'd expect that to be "192.168.0.1", not "192.168.0.5".

Describe this "conflict"? What does an Attached Devices report say
about what's at "192.168.0.5"? As usual, showing actual actions
(commands) with their actual results (error messages, LED indicators,
...) can be more helpful than vague descriptions or interpretations.

Re: C7100V ReadyShare Ip Address
The C7100V has a single LAN IP address, default is 192.168.0.1 (or 192.168.1.1 on other router models). If this is the LAN IP, this is the address also serving SMB protocol and NEtBIOS discovery and name resolution.
No, none of the NEtgear consumer routers does allow running services like ReadyShare (SMB here I guess) on a different LAN IP. Can't see why this should be required. The router LAN IP is also the network default gateway address - if this address does not work it might be hard to reach the Internet (nd the router itself).
