CAX 80 Passthrough WAN ping

CAX 80 Passthrough WAN ping
Hi,
I just purchased my #CAX80 cable modem/router. So far so good. My wife, daughter and I all work from home for three separate companies, each with three different VPN access solutions. My wife (her company uses: watchguard firebox) gets into her office network no problem from her laptop. I (my company uses Palo alto global connect) gets into my network no problem
my daughter office uses SonicWALL VPN client to access her company's network from her laptop and is unable to connect.
She had her company's tech support online and he logged into the CAX80 admin/configuration screens. He told her we needed to contact Netgear directly as he could not see where to access PASSTHROUGH WAN PING?
can anyone help?

Check to see if Respond to WAN ping is checked under Advanced Tab/WAN Setup.
Might try putting the daughters PC in the in the CAX DMZ temporarily to see if it can connect here. Remove from the DMZ after testing.
