CAX30 Poor Cable Connection (Downstream)

Does anyone know what would cause this difference on Channel 2? When I had a poor downstream connection last year I put the Attenuator (screenshot attached) on the cable that plugs directly into the CAX30 because my power levels were too high. That worked until now, and I noticed that Channel 2 looks like the channel id, frequency, power, etc. should be 0.
Took the Attenuator off and it makes my power levels too high like the original problem last year.
Anyone see this issue before or know off hand what could be causing this? I've been trying to copy the Cable Diagnostic info but I'm getting "refused to connect"

Comcast is in the middle of a nationwide network upgrade. The addition of the second OFDM channel at 957 MHz on your connection shows that the upgrade has started in your area. It could take weeks or months for the process to be completed as it involves replacement of amplifiers, taps, nodes, and other hardware. Once replaced, the line technicians often have to manually re-balance part of the system.
More details on the Next Generation network are available here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Comcast_Xfinity/wiki/knowledgebase/next-generation-internet/
As of the last update, your CAX30 is not on the approved list of hardware that will be allowed to connect to the Next Gen network. It will still connect to and function fine on the old network that is still operating, but will not have the increased upload throughput. See attached.

Re: CAX30 Poor Cable Connection (Downstream)
Who is the ISP your with?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Perform a full factory reset on the modem and then set up from scratch. Do not load any saved backup configuration files.
Try a different web browser and or PC...
Please post a copy and paste of the modems full connection status and event log page.

Re: CAX30 Poor Cable Connection (Downstream)
Comcast
CAX30
Firmware Version V2.2.2.2
Still getting "refused to connect" and I tried multiple browsers. My cable connection is showing that it's Good at the moment as well so not sure it would help right now.
I'm going to do a factory reset and see how that goes. Will keep updated
