CAX30 dead with 1 2 3 4 lights stuck on after three months of use
I saw that a few other people had this issue as well.
The AX6 WiFi Cable Modem Router Model CAX30 cost a pretty good chunk of change (even at Costco $300+)), and after three months of use, I got the 1 2 3 4 lights on with no responsiveness in any other way from the unit, including failed factory resets. It's just non-responsive other than 1 2 3 4 being lit.
I work from home, and I need to have a working modem, so I went over to the local Meijer and bought a Nighthawk C7000 and got it hooked up this morning.
I don't know if there is a way to get my money back for the CAX30 or get a replacement that I can sell. At the very least, Netgear needs to know this is a repeated issue with customers.

Re: CAX30 dead with 1 2 3 4 lights stuck on after three months of use
Disconnect the ISP coax line from the modem. Perform a 30-30-30 reset. Does this clear the LED condition at all?
If it seems to clear the LED condition, re-connect the ISP coax line to the modem and see if you can walk thru the setup wizard with a wired PC and web browser at 192.168.1.1.
If this fails, you'll need to get in contact with NG suport:
https://my.netgear.com/support/contact.aspx
https://www.netgear.com/support/contact.aspx
Then clicking on "Get answers about NETGEAR products before I buy" then clicking on "Networking for Home" then "Chat with us".
Good Luck
