CAX80 lights and connections
What was the fix for this? This same thing happened to me last night. My service provider is also Comcast and they are having no issues on their end. Pretty said state of affairs indeed when I'm using my phone as a hotspot to get on line in lieu of a $500 piece of equipment less then a year old. Nothing has changed on my end. Just stopped working. All lights on the front went out instead of the power button. No connections. Reset, power down, unplug, rinse repeat. Nothing.

Re: CAX80 lights and connections
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Did the LED switch in back get flipped by chance?
Can you log into the modems web page and get access?
There is LED settings on the web page as well.
What happens if you disconnect the ISP coax cable from the modem for 1 minute? The modem should reboot and front LEDs should be seen...
Also please send @DarrenM and @olympos1625 a PM message in regards to this.

Re: CAX80 lights and connections
HI @Charismata,
Good day!
Thank you for reaching out. We are sorry to hear about your experience with the modem. Are you still having issues with the modem? Did you check the LED switch at the back of the modem to make sure it is on?
Regards,
Oliver
