CM1000v2 Flashing lights, is it burned out?
Hello. Does anybody know what a Green flashing Power light, Amber flashing Upstream/Downstream/Online and Solid Amber for Ethernet all means. These indications are not listed in the User manual and I have tried resetting the modem on the back panel. I have also tried the unplugging and resetting and have had no change. As soon as I plug power in the lights do the same thing every time. I would like to know if the modem is done for or if I am missing something.
Sounds like it's needs replacing.

What does the user manual say about LED behaviors?
Can you access the modems web page at 192.168.100.1? If so,
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.

Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
What is the brand and model of the host wifi router connected to the modem?- RoofiusAspirantThe only LED that the manual has any meaning for is the Ethernet light. Solid Amber means a powered device is connected to the LAN port and I have disconnected the router from it and it still lights up.
I cannot connect to my modems web page. I reconnected the router when I tried this and got nothing. My cable is rated for CAT6.- plemansGuru - Experienced User
Try disconnecting the coax from the modem. Then factory reset it and let it reboot with the coax unplugged.
I've seen a few times where a hot incoming line puts the modem in a reboot/hardware failure. If that doesn't fix it, its more than likely a hardware failure
