CM400 how to order replacement adapter
The housing on the wire for my CM400 Cable Modem 9V Adapter broke so the Adapter would not connect. I am using an adapter from another company and just found out it has to be from Netgear. How do I order a new adapter? My service contract that was part of the purchase expired. Purchase was on or around 3 20 19.
The associated product shown in the Associated Products field is NOT MINE. Mine is a CM400, which is not listed in the pup up screen.
Thank you

Re: CM400 how to order replacement adapter
It doesn't have to be a branded NG adapter. You can use any branded adapter as long as it's the same volts and amps spec as the one that first came with the modem.
You can find replacement modes on sites like amazon or ebay.
My Setup | ISP SparkLight | Internet Cable 1000↓/50↑ CAX30 Gateway Mode | Wifi Router and RBK853 | Switches NG GS105/8, GS308v3, GS110MX and XS505M |

Re: CM400 how to order replacement adapter
Who told you it had to be from netgear?
Is it causing issues? (the one you're using)
If so, what issues? maybe its not adapter related.
also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80
1.4gig download/50mbps upload from Xfinity
