Most cable modems with Intel's Puma 6 chip sets are effected. Users may want to contact there modem Mfrs if they are having problems with effected modems.

Thank you Darren. I'm sure NG and others are actively trying to review this issue and get things resolved. Users should be patient as this will take some time I presume to get fully reviewed, developed, fix in place and tested as ALL levels before end users will see the fix come to them. Hope it some soon as possible and in a timely manor.
