Hello Community, i have been trying to log into the cable modem to no avail. using my computer on wifi. cable modem is connected to Nighthawk R7000 router. keep getting error that the connection times out. Not sure what i am doing that is incorrect. just want to check log and change username and password. any assistance is greatly appreciated.
How about powering off the modem and connecting one wired PC to the back of the modem then power on, give a couple of minutes then try the address above in a web browser.
