CM500 is a modem only. It doesn't have a router or wifi built in. Its strictly modem only.

Thank you for replying. We finally did figure out that our problem was the switch. Modem wasn't talking to the Router.

hopefully you don't have a switch between the router and the modem.
it should go modem------>router------>switch

We've taken the switch out of play. For a long time it was the T-Mobile Cell spot going into the NetGear switch along with the Orbi router going into the switch and the switch connected to the modem. Now the modem and router are directly connected. The modem only has one port so that was the reason for the switch. I really don't know if we even need that T-Mobile Cell spot. Everything seems to be working fine without it. Our internet is with Comcast/Xfinity.
